Working with transitions in working life and personal life

Grief is already present in many workplaces, but it is rarely named.

Without shared language and structure, managers and HR professionals are often left uncertain about how to respond.

I work with organizations, leaders and individuals navigating complex transitions in working life and life.

Grief in the workplace

Grief in working life is often associated only with bereavement.

But employees and leaders may also experience grief following illness, divorce, fertility struggles, burnout, redundancy or other major life changes.

These experiences affect concentration, collaboration and leadership, yet organizations often lack language and structure for addressing them.

Coaching through life transitions

Some transitions are voluntary: you want to grow, make a decision or move in a new direction.

Others arrive unexpectedly and challenge the life you thought you knew.

Coaching provides a reflective space to explore your situation, regain clarity and move forward with intention
