Sometimes life changes before we are ready and without our permission.
A loss. An unexpected transition. A moment when the path forward is no longer clear.
Coaching doesn’t remove the difficulty, but it creates a space to process what has happened, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with intention and clarity.
I work with individuals who are navigating grief, significant life changes, or moments of transition – both personal and professional. My background in HR and my own experience of loss means I understand both the human and the organizational dimensions of what you may be going through.
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation* (ICF) defines coaching as follows: “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Let’s break this down and translate it into how we would work together:
- “Coaching is partnering…”
- The journey and the agenda are yours. As a coach I am by your side to support you in defining and setting goals and mapping out the actions needed to reach them.
- “…in a thought-provoking and creative process…”
- We all have our filters and belief systems through which we experience the world and ourselves. As a coach I can help raising your awareness of your own filters and, if you want to, help you replace unproductive belief systems with new ones that will serve you in reaching your goals.
- “…that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
- I am not a guide or a mentor showing you a “right way” to do the “right things”. You choose what is right for you and how you want to use your new insights. As a coach I am here to broaden your perspective and show that there is no limit to what you can do.
A tool for deeper insight – the Energy Leadership™ Index assessment
One of the unique elements I can offer is the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment – a research-backed tool that measures something that is usually hard to quantify: how you perceive and show up in the world, and how that affects your results, relationships and resilience.
Unlike personality tests that define who you are, the ELI assessment measures your current energetic profile – which means it can change. It gives us a concrete starting point for our work together and a way to track your development over time.
The ELI assessment is only available through iPEC ELI-MP Certified coaches.
*ICF is the coaching industry’s governing body. It sets standards, a code of ethics and provides independent certifications for coaching professionals all over the world.
